Before contacting us, please be sure you have completed below:

To redeem your merchandise codes, please visit https://onemoretimevip.com/redeem and follow these steps:

1. Enter your email address and press “Send Verification Code”.
2. Enter the verification code you received by email.
3. If you have multiple codes, you may redeem them all at once. Enter your first code and click “Add Code”, then repeat for additional codes.
4. Select the packages you want to redeem, and the size (If applicable).
5. Click “Continue to shipping” to continue.
6. Enter your shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address carefully before submitting, as we are unable to reship orders due to incorrectly entered information.
7. Then click “Complete redemption”, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided. If you have any questions, please contact our Guest Services team at info@onemoretimevip.com.

If you have done all of the above and have not received confirmation, your merch, OR are unsatisfied, please:

  • Put VIP in the subject line
  • Include the name the tickets were purchased under
  • Include the show date and # of VIP packages (with sizing if applicable)
  • Include the email address used to contact OneMoreTimeVIP.
